Looking to work with your competition? Here are some interesting ideas by our resident WISP "funny man."
- Take Your wifes microwave oven, rip out the inverter.
- Setup a 24dBi grid on a tripod and point it towards Your competitors gear.
- Get a short piece of LMR 600(400 starts on fire to fast!) and solder it directly to the inverter and attach the other end to the grid.
- Get a really long extension cord(You will want to be as far away as possible when You plug it in
) and make sure You can still plug it in from the refrigerator(You will need to take out all of the food so that You fit in it!). The refrigerator will protect You from any harmful fallout.
- Send the wife and kids out shopping(Someplace really far away, like Swaziland?), and turn off all of Your gear and any cordless phones that You still want to use when You are done.
- Get inside the fridge and then reach out and plug the extension cord in and close the door immediately. You will hear a LOT of hissing and popping because most grids are only rated for 50 watts and everything will start to smoke, with some flames coming eventually. Dont worry about any of this!, as sooner or later the fuses will blow on the main electrical panel. When this happens the fridge will turn off and it is safe to come out.
When You are finished, You will no longer have any competition for a least a 10 mile radius and those darn pesty cordless phones will no longer be an issue either!
Do not do this!!. This post was for humorous purposes only! |
