"Anybody know where to find used towers?" wifi freak: I check here once and a while: http://swap.qth.com/c_tower.php billaustin: I would suggest checking with the local building department before searching for used towers. Many areas of the country require stamped engineering diagrams to get a permit. If they're not available for the used tower, you may end up with a pile of steel sitting in your back yard. aSic: Drive around in BFE for an afternoon. You'll run across many folks that have old towers up with TV antennas on them. Most folks have either migrated to cable as it was expanded to them, or have moved up to DSS. Theres a lot of towers that are unused, and can be had for cheap. bob12314: Ebay, there's towers on there all the time. Original thread location
